Hufvudstaden welcomes Poh-Keh to Fredstan

In the spring, the restaurant on Drottninggatan 56 A in the heart of Fredstan will open - the area that Hufvudstaden is now developing, consisting of the blocks around Fredsgatan, between Brunnsparken and Trädgårdsföreningen.

The large trend of poke bowls has now arrived in Fredstan. Poh-Keh combines its own poke bowls with ingredients that are meant to provide a good taste experience while also being a feast for the eyes and simultaneously healthy. At Poh-Keh, the Hawaiian dish is made using locally sourced ingredients. All fish and seafood come directly from local fishermen in Gothenburg.

– We are very happy to have the opportunity to open a restaurant in Fredstan. The area feels just right for us, and we look forward to offering our poke bowls to both people on the go and those who want to sit down and eat on site, says Pouria Kameli, co-owner of Poh-Keh.

The ambition with Fredstan is for the area to offer strong international and local brands in combination with culture, cafés, restaurants, and meeting places that make the area more pleasant and lively.

Hufvudstaden is working together with Vasakronan, the City of Gothenburg, and other property owners to strengthen the attractiveness of Fredstan. By both preserving and modernizing parts of the area, the property owners aim to create a vibrant district characterized by a clear identity, charming streetscapes, and many meeting places. In addition to Poh-Keh, GANT will also open a flagship store in Fredstan during the spring.
