Fredstan welcomes a new meeting place – Galleri Fredstan

Louis Vuitton Bags & Trunks the Exhibition at Fredstan. In the spring, Gallery Fredstan will open at Södra Hamngatan 55, and behind the initiative is the Swedish company Nordic Exhibitions and Event AB.

In the spring, Gallery Fredstan will open its doors at Södra Hamngatan 55 in Fredstan – the area that Hufvudstaden is now developing, consisting of the blocks around Fredsgatan, between Brunnsparken and Trädgårdsföreningen. In the approximately 1,500 sqm large venue, the gallery will showcase a unique world exhibition; Legendary Louis Vuitton Trunks the Exhibition with a public premiere on March 16.

– We are very pleased to bring this world exhibition to Gothenburg, and the establishment of the gallery contributes to strengthening Fredstan as a meeting place. The establishment of Gallery Fredstan is entirely in line with the property company Hufvudstaden's strategy to strengthen the offering, create meeting places, and gather the most interesting brands in fashion and design centrally in the blocks that make up Fredstan. The vision is to, together with the City of Gothenburg, Vasakronan, and other property owners in the area, make Fredstan an even more attractive place.

With the centrally located exhibition venue in the area, Gallery Fredstan will contribute to uplifting the city district. Previously, Michael Kors, Chanel Beauty Store, and da Matteo have opened in Hufvudstaden's properties in Fredstan.
